1. x=8. This means 8-y>10
=> -y>2 => y<-2. For all values where x=8 and y less than -2 we can determine that x-y > x+y . Hence sufficient.
2. y=-20. This means x+20>10 or x>-10. Again we can determine that x-y > x+y . Hence sufficient.
