Why c is wrong. Correct answer is E. plese explain.
A. fails to follow the parallelism rules that...., and where is a wrong structure. Should be either that...., and that or where....., and where
B,C, same mistake.
D has the semi colon which is unnecessary and wrongly used.
E follows the rule of parallelism - where....., and where

The key to recognize that this sentence might be testing parallel structure is the word "and".

option E is the correct option as it has collective naming and conjunction.

option A has a wrong usage of apostrophe. it shouldn't be use when using 'and'.
In option B- wrong usage of collective naming.
option C- comma shouldn't be use when joining words with 'and' here
option D- not a complete answer and semi colon is not necessary
