Idioms are right but not at the cost of other major errrors.
In D, Them has no referrent. Same for B.

A, E- Disclosure must be prohibited and not purification methods.

"To be" is wordy and just another form of being

What if the the original statement had read
"required its employees" instead of "required each employee"

Would "them" then have a valid referent - I know 'D' has other problems as well "prohibit them from disclosure" is utterly wrong as well.

I guess the only reason why B is wrong is 'coz each employee is singular.

If them is replaced by him the sentence is correct. Am i right? Plz correct me if i'm wrong!!
