I guess -

LB(N) = 2/3 * x
LB(Y) = 1/3 * x
BS(N)and LB(N) = 2/5 * x
BS(Y)and LB(N) = (2/3 - 2/5) * x
= 4/15 * x

Ans = D

Since the question implies that 1/3 like lima beans, the statements are equivalent.

That means either i) each alone is sufficient to solve the problem or ii) the statements together are insufficient to solve the problem. Then try and solve the problem using either statement. If you can, it's i) and if you can't, it's ii).
