B. Mentions that the ability has become accurate. Incorrect.

C. Correctly qualifies that scientists have become able to give accurate models... Uses such as which is correct.

D. Ability for is incorrect usage. It uses like to provide examples which is incorrect.

E. have become...Mentions that the ability has become accurate. Incorrect.
