Had absolutely no clue on this one

made a grid & attached hope it makes more sense now...

Hi,
x+4=1 =>x=-3
y+4=-5=>y=-9
z+4=m=>z=m-4
e+x=7=>e=7-x=10
e+y=n=>n=10-9=1
e+z=10=>10+z=10=>z=0
As z=m-4, m=4

So, m+n=4+1 = 5

its basically a grid i have made only one horizontal line in the top row there will be vertical lines dividing all the columns i hope it makes sense now otherwise i will make it on word
