IMO A.. this question depends upon the understanding of subject and object pronouns.
with whom tells us that her is the correct choice..
and if we use "her" i.e the object pronoun, then me should be used at the end..

my choice is D. 'her' and 'me' are incorrect pronouns here.

IMO A

B. her with whom you share your secrets, not I.
(It ought to a person means action is done on a persons so second person pronoun must be used. 'I' -> me)
C she with whom you share your secrets, not me.
(It ought to a person means action is done on a persons so second person pronoun must be used. 'She' -> her)
D same as C
E her with who you share your secrets, not me.
(Second person pronoun 'her' is used that means action is done on her so 'who - > whom')

IMO A.
It is like. You should share your secrets with "her". You should not share your secrets with "me".
In passive voice it becomes,
It ought to be "her" with whom you share your secrets, not "me".
