GMAT Prep Problem - Lines

A line(l) is passing through a point (6,3). All points (x,y) that lie below the line l,satisfy which of the following inequalities?

a> y<2x+3
b> y<-2x+3
c> y<-x+3
d> y<0.5x+3
e> y<-0.5x+3

Pl. give explanations?

I feel that not enough information if provided. It's impossible to form a line with 1 point and I don't know how to comprehend "below".

Please clarify the source.

If you figure is correct then the line doesn't pass through (6,3) but 2 points (0,3) & (6,0)

from that information you can find the slope to be

y = -0.5x + 3

so any point that lie below should be

y < -0.5x + 3
