First lets squeeze as much info as possible from question and sts
I would start from B
as it doesnt say anything about z we can say it is not suff so B and D Out
from examining A it seem it is not suff as 3 numbers can have any signs.

Now left with C and E
easier here will be try to prove,z can be in the middle or cannot be in the middle deriving multiple cases.
so
we have xy>xz
from 1+2
we know z is positive but either of y or z has to be -ve(from 2)
if x=-ve y is + and z=+ve
x........|0.................z...................y

if x=+ y is -ve and z=+ve

doesnt lie.
