I know this is discussed several times in the post . Pls post the links of those. And in addition clarify the meaning after correct answer choice is selected..

I think its A because we are comparing over with under
so over than under

and it is a pronoun for age.

so A

women over age of thirty than <women> under it (age of thirty)

Clearly A for proper comparison

Ans: A

We are comparing number of children born to women over 30 years against those born 'to' women under it (30 years of age)

The closest match to this is option A.

All other options incorrectly compare the part before 'than' to 'under it'
