Which one is most accurate?...I took tests in each of both 5 times.gave different scores with BIG difference.I always get better score in Manhattan that Gmat prep.ex: once I got 580 in Manhattan than 450 in Gmat prep(from mba.com).Which one to trust??

Gmatprep is the best indicator of what you will be getting in the actual gmat. Dont consider repeat test scores in gmatprep as well. Whatever you had scored in the first attempt +/-30 to 50 points you can expect in actual exam
Getting defeated is just a temporary notion, giving it up is what makes it permanent.
