J (Japanese) >100, common students = 0,04F (French)
J>F?
(1)
0,04 F = 16
We can find only number of French students
Nithing about J
INSUFF
(2)
Common students = 0,1J
From main statement we know that common students = 0,04F (French)0,1J = 0,04F
So F>J
