Hi,

This CR really got to me .....pls explain how the OA is option D. What is the thinking behind it ......

D: if scientist's never knew about the crystalline sturcture, this means they never knew about how it was made. So there may be chance that this might have been created naturally in a different way than the way createdd in lab.
so the lab's procedure can not work as a test-case.

says well, the scientists may not know everything to use the knowledge for evaluating a hypothesis...

B: metiorioid had it..well the hypothesis is about earth's structure at time they formed naturally.
