so we can easily find the cost...
let cost be x
cost of 3H is 3x
6% tax will make it 6*3x / 100
6*3x / 100 = 4.77
solve for x
you have your answer
B says cost is less than 6.5
from less you can easily guess that less can be any value
so no need to solve further
this statement is just insufficient
Hence answer is A
