HI this is very simple:

1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons

4 tablespoons =12 teaspoons

1/4 cup = 12 teaspoon

1 cup = 48 teaspoons

3/8 th cup = 18 teaspoons

3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon

4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
Therefore,
16 tablespoons = 1 cup

3/8 cup = 16*3/8 tablespoon

3/8 cup = 6 tablespoon

6 tablespoon = 3*6 teaspoons

3/8 cup = 18 teaspoons
