I got it c,worngly marked B.
Let total books -100
a. linda - 30 books
b. not suff
taking 2 together -
Linda -30
Let Pat = x
R = 70-x

70-x = x+10
x =30, R =40
Ratio = 40/30 = 4/3
Hence C.

L, R, P

R/P ??

A
L = 3T/10
Now info for R/P
all we can say is R and P together packed 70%

B
R = P+10
again we can not find the ratio

for your better understanding
ex:
r=20 p=10
ratio = 2

r=20 p=20
ratio = 1.5

A+B
We do not know about total no of boxes so can not find the ratio
Ans is E

You Error:
It is not given that boxes are 100
if i take them as 200
I will have different answer

200
140
so it will be
65 and 75 :)

Why?
bcoz we are subtracting some value
we can subtract a value from a value only
not from percent of fraction

Hope this helps!!!
