Hi All,

I have purchased a new Kaplan Premier ( 2010-11) from Bangalore,India ( Sapna Book House,Koramangala - The original receipt is also available with me) on Monday and was using the key to register online today.

During registration,the following error has come up.

"Our records indicate that the key you have entered has already been used. Keys are valid for one time use only. Please enter another key. If you think you got this message in error, call customer service at 1-800-KAPTEST"

This is not correct as this is the first time am using this key.Please can you kindly advise on how to proceed with this as this is hindering my study plan.
