ALWAYS check the answer choices before solving the question!
When we do so, we see that the answer choices are VERY spread apart, which means we can save a ton of time by being super aggressive with our approximations (aka rounding)

So, we get: √[(4.2)(1590)/15.7 ≈ √[(4)(1600)/16]

≈ √[(4)(100)]

≈ √[400]

≈ 20

Answer: A

We can approximate 4.2 to 4, 1590 to 1600, and 15.7 to 16. So the expression is approximately

√[4(1600)/16] = √[4(100)] = √400 = 20
