Forbidden,

There are a number of big players in the GMAT prep space and I can suggest a number of good institutes for you, but I'd like you to do a little research on your own first so as to find the best course to suit your requirements. Some aspects you should look for in a good coaching institute:
1. Good faculty: Not just high GMAT scores but a proven ability to teach and mentor. Attend a demo class or schedule a talk before coming to conclusions.
2. Good material: If you are able to get some material from the institute to supplement your studies and put you on the right path, that would be a plus point.
3. Good support structure: After you're done with the course, you should have help and mentoring right till you take the GMAT.

Hope this helps!
My GMAT score: 740 [Q:48, V:42]

@zorya
tnx a lot for putting in some words .i did a lot of research and finally came up with these
1 kaplan course (the chopras) available in mumbai
2 jamboree ( available in mumbai)
3 4gmat ( available in mumbai)
4 csquare learnings (not available ,head quartered in bengaluru so cant attend a demo)
5 manhattan review ( not available ,has a branch in bengaluru so dont know how it is going to be)
6 ims ( available in mumbai but i am not kind of biased towards them as i feel they r more inclined towards cat rather than gmat)
7 time ( available in mumbai same reason as ims)
so what all these institutes claim is that they do posses a unique way of teaching , small batch size ,many strategies for both quant and verbal ,good study plans , 1on1 sessions and everything that could be needed to nail down the monster ( gmat)
i am kind of quite inclined towards csquare ,however not sure about whom to trust ,whom not to, it would be very kind of u if u can figure out a good institute for me either amgnst these or ny other if u know are wrth the money, i know no coaching institute can guarantee u to get the magical score ,1 needs to put in the efforts but at the same time proper guidance(strategies and tricks) is a must. how do u rate cqsuare for training students for gmat ? should i go ahead with them ? really confused ! hoping for a speedy reply .tnx

Hello all,

I teach at Escape Velocity India a prep-test company www.escapevelocityindia.com that solely deals with one-to-one GMAT (and SAT) prep at your home.

I've taught at every single major prep-test company in Mumbai prior to this. I was disappointed in the quality of the prep and so started my own place.

At Escape Velocity India, you will get the quality of Verbal and Quant prep you need and deserve. You can call me up on 9619504825 to find out more. We also offer individual course selections (either Verbal or Quant) for a flat rate. We have a limited number of students we accept every year as we allocate a lot of time for each new student and cannot accomodate more than a particular number each month.

Yours Sincerely

Aniceto Pereira
