- BE IT
- Having total 3 years of work ex in IT industry (one more IT pro !!!)
- 1 year of international work ex
Queries:
Just started preparing for GMAT this month. Planning to take GMAT during August / September.
a) Considering this, will I miss deadlines for many of foreign schools ( will miss ISB R1) ?
Is it then prudent to apply for classes starting from fall 2010 rather than fall 2009 (it is frustrating to wait for one more year)?
b) Do B Schools admit students in Spring? Can I go for Spring 2010 in that case?
c) Has anybody of you gone for coaching? I have around 3 months to prepare and would be able to allocate 15 hours a week.
I am confused whether I should be going for coaching through one of Kaplan, Veritas or Princeton review? Will they really make difference? They are charging around 1000$. Is spending this much on coaching worth?
If anybody has any experience with these coaching classes, please do share.
d) This is regarding Essay writing. How much significance does Essay Writing score hold in an MBA applicaton? Everywhere people discuss about 800 score of Verbal and Quant. But how important is your essay score?
