GMAT CLUB TEST: Should I worry?? Please HELP!!!

Well this is the situation:
I took the exam on December with more or less a month study. I did it because I had to try to get into a Phd program that would close in January.
I only used McGraw Hill book and I discovered this forum when it was too late to be of any use.

I had a few problems in the test day and in the couple of days before that,
Anyway I scored 620 44Q & 31V
(when it came to the Verbal session I could barely understand what I was reading, my brain was completely gone)

In the PrepTest I always scored over 680.

BUT now, at few day from my 2nd (AND, whatever happens, LAST) attempt I tried the GMAT CLUB test and I barely understand Them!!!

It never happened to me with the Official Guide nor with the official Prep test (of course some question I got wrong or were difficult but I did understand what was being asked!)

Did this happened to anybody else?
Should I worry??
