Statement I states that 11.3% of population is 65 or over but it never said anything about their employment.
There option A, C and D are itself crossed.
Now consider statement II, 20% of men and 10% of women are employed who are over age 65.
So, in extreme case, the possible condition is that there is no man of 65 or above in the country (however, it is not possible), then we left with women only that are at or above 65. Which is equal to 10%, which satisfy the primary condition.
So, B is the correct choice.

Expl: (2) tells us that dist betw T & R = dist betw T & -S, but it doesnt tell us whether R & -S are same pts or T is mid pt of R & -S. For this, we need info frm (1) ie. S is on right of zero. Since frm the fig. S is on the left of T, hence, -S has to be on the left of T, which means that -S is the same pt as R.
