Hi Stacy

I would like to know whether I stand a chance at my selection of colleges and whether there is any chance of scholarship.

GMAT 690 V38 Q47 (AWA 5.5)
Engineering 67%, first class from Mumbai Univ
HSC : 87%

Work Ex: 3 years upon joining with one of the top banks in the world. I primarily work on the IT side and I worked on multiple projects in as a leader sometimes leading people much senior to me. Am the designer and owner of certain Business applications which are currently being used by 64,000 organisations.

Extra-curriculars: have been pretty active on the sports side and have held positions of leadership in school and college level as well. In office, I have organized our yearly departmental activities.

I am thinking of applying to:
1)ISB hyderabad
2)IE Spain
3)Nanyang
4)NUS
5)Asian institute Manila
6)William and Mary
7)Thunderbird
8)Rice univ.

By the way I have also been helping out an uncle in setting up his business and have worked there after school..should I mention that?

Thanks in advance!

Dear nikhilfotedar,

I think you have a chance at your target schools assuming your submit a strong, overall application. The more compelling a case for your admission, the greater your chance for admission and for any potential scholarship awards. I think your work with your uncle could be interesting and help to distinguish you from similar applicants.

Good luck,
Lisa
