The three problems with the paper tests are: 1) they are non-adaptive 2) they contain many, many repeats from GMATPrep, PowerPrep, OG materials and 3) they contain easier quant problems. Any and all of these combine to make the paper tests fairly bad indicators particularly if you have done the OG book(s) and the GMATPrep tests.

You mentioned you have been studying for a while (I'll assume you've gone through most if not all of OG11) and taken both GMATPrep tests so my personal opinion is that the 730 is not a good indicator. Try some of the other notable CATs out there that you've never done before and that would probably be a better indicator.
