Global Executive MBA: INSEAD vs UCLA-NUS ?

Hi - I have around 12 years of experience in the Healthcare industry both in US and emerging markets (currently based in India). I received admits both INSEAD Asia and UCLA-NUS Executive MBA programs. The costs and rankings for both programs are fairly similar. While INSEAD has strong faculty and a good reputation in Asia and Europe, it does not have a presence or reputation currently in US. My goal during or post the MBA is to pursue leadership roles either back in US or more developed Asian geography like S'pore within the healthcare industry. Can you provide your thoughts on which program would be a better fit from a career advancement and return on investment perspective ?

Thanks.
