Getting mails for 60 day GMAT study guide

Since I work, I begin my day early by dedicating 2.5 hours in the morning to study and sometime after work. This is my routine for weekdays.
I signed up for this 60 day study guide but I receive these e-mails every afternoon. Can these mails be re-scheduled to 4 AM IST (Indian Standard Time). So that I have my day's task before me and can plan my study routine for the day.
