Think of the image as 2 triangles..
First - PR as Base and QR as height
Second - PQ as Base and SR as height
Stmt 1 - Does not give you info about RS so insuff
Stmt 2 - PQ*QR = 12 => Area of triangle = 6
Area of a triangle is (Base*Height)/2 = (PR*QR)/2 = (PQ*SR)/2 = 6
So, PQ*SR = 12 SUFF
