Geometry - perimeter ?

IF all angles in the figure are right angles. . What is the perimeter of the figure?

A- 32
B- 33
C- 34
D- 35

answer is 9+9+7+7 = 32. Easiest way to see it is by mentally "sliding" the borders down and to left to make a perfect rectangle that is 9x7.
