The conclusion says that once the genetic roots of common medical problems such as depression and bi-polar syndrome are known, these problems can be eliminated through early identification and genetic therapy. We have to bridge the gap between identifying the genetic roots and eliminating the problems, which is only possible when the treatment for such genetic defects is available and B confirms the same thing.
