French divers

French divers recently found a large cave along the
coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The cave is accessible
only through an underwater tunnel. The interior of the
cave is completely filled with seawater and contains
numerous large stalagmites, which are stony pillars
that form when drops of water fall repeatedly on a
single spot on a cave floor, leaving behind mineral
deposits that accumulate over time.
The information above most strongly supports
which one of the following?
(A) The Mediterranean Sea was at a higher level in
the past than it is now.
(B) The water level within the cave is higher now
than it once was.
(C) The French divers were the first people who knew
that the tunnel leading to the cave existed.
(D) There was once an entrance to the cave besides
the underwater tunnel.
(E) Seawater in the Mediterranean has a lower
mineral content now than it had when the
stalagmites were being formed.

Following is my analysis:

Question is Draw Conclusion

Premises:
- French discovered cave in Med sea
- This cave is only accesible via under water tunnel
- This cave is filled wit sea water and stalagmites
- The stalagmites are formed by dropping of water

A:Med sea at higher level than now then water will not drop. Not a conclusion.
B: Water level now is higher. This suggests that water was lower hence water could have dropped forming the stags. The Conclusion
C: French were first to discover the cave. Not supported by the premises. Not a conclusion.
D: There existed a entrance to the cave. Not supported by premises. Not a conclusion
E: Med seawater's mineral content. Not supported by premises. Not a conclusion

Hence answer is B.

INSEAD, LBS and Stern (reapplication). Probably, Columbia. But I want to study in Europe, preferably at INSEAD or LBS as I lived in London for some time and I liked Europe
I have good maths result that greatly helped my score!
