Thank you Conrad. I asked Don Martin at an MBA tour and he said citing contact information for the freelance employer would suffice, giving adcoms a way to verify the work was done as stated. Could you speak more to the process of what schools do with your employment information? Do they check tax records? I do not want my employer to know that I am applying until I know I have been accepted and can give reasonable notice.

Because I've had to work after hours I do not have much volunteer time to put down. I'm concerned that I'll be misperceived as "sitting on the couch" rather than demonstrating the initiative and drive that has kept me moving forward.
