how can be solve this question...when we dont know the number of values in base.
ie; what is the range of number from which 4 guys choose their number?

what is the probability that all of them choose distinctly?
If they choose 4 distinct numbers, then there's a 0% chance that they'll choose the same numbers and a 100% chance that they'll choose distinct numbers. :P
