Hello,

I just purchased the MGMAT Set of 8 books. I was wondering if buying the Fourth Ed. - Foundations of GMAT Math Strategy Supplement would be redundant? My quant is my weakness on the GMAT!!

Thanks for your input.

Hi,

The Foundations of Math book covers more of the basic concepts associated with the math that you may find on the GMAT. Of our 8 strategy guides, the five that deal with math assume a basic knowledge of how to solve a linear equation, etc. If you're still unsure, I would point you to our free math diagnostic, which you can use to judge whether the Foundations of Math book (or workshop) would be worthwhile to you: https://www.manhattangmat.com/foundations-math.cfm

Best Wishes,
Caitlin Clay
