I am deciding between going to Fordham and Drexel, and would do a marketing degree at both. Does anyone have an opinion on which school would provide a better education and more meaningful and recognized name brand.

I think the best way to get the answer to your question is to compare the recruiting at both schools - which one has stronger recruiting for the companies and positions you are interested in. That information should be readily available at the schools' career services offices if not on their websites - and the career services will usually be glad to answer your questions as well.
