For the farmer who takes care to keep them cool, providing them with high-energy feed, and milking them regularly, Holstein cows are producing an average of 2,275 gallons of milk each per year.

Experts - It's an Official question. I'm stuck between A & E. Although E makes more sense to me because of 'future tense' used instead of 'present continuous' in A, would NEED some solid reasoning to select the correct choice.

@Experts - could you please share your explanation!
