It does not matter whether you have completed your degree from a public or private university. The thing which matters a lot is recognition, The university should be UGC recognised so as LPU is also recognised by UGC. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself.
