Option A: Wrong
The statement is wrong because it is a direct lifting of the entire statement description which makes it a lazy option and unfit for proper analysis.

Option B: Wrong
This is inappropriate because of the use of word ''to'' cause. This means that the writer is specific, too sure and definite.

Option C: Wrong
Here, the statement is too particularistic and over-specified because of the use of ''can''. Speculative to say also.

Option D: Wrong
The only defect to this statement is the use of ''for'' which is contextually improper.

Option E: Right
This is to the largest extent a more proper option because the word ''overtime'' is emphasized and also ''potentially'' is emphasized with the inclusion of comma (,) to denote emphasis.
Also, the inclusion of the word ''practice'' clearly conforms with the word ''concluded'' in the express.
