(A) atmosphere, interactions that affect. Correct. The part starting with interaction is actually serving as a modifier which is modifying the phenomenon written before it.
(B) atmosphere, with interactions affecting with is wrong. It adding extra meaning to the sentence.
(C) atmosphere that affects .Conveying the wrong meaning. It is not the atmosphere that is affecting. The interaction is affecting.
(D) atmosphere that is affecting.Same as above.
(E) atmosphere as affects Same as above.

this question is beautiful but the og explanation is not beautiful

in B , "with interaction..." is absolute phrase which provide the context for the main clause. absolute phrase is created from a separate sentence which is attached the main clause . if B stands alone, B is quite grammatical and logic.

but B is considered changing the original sentence and wrong.

og explanation of why B is wrong is not beautiful

pls confirm. is my thinking correct?

pls study og questions correctly and do not underestimate the og question. the clear problem is that og explanation is slight.
