Finally, A is wrong because "rate" already has the degree of change with respect to time built-in so we need to use high/low as qualifiers. For example, one would say "high velocity" rather than "fast velocity". (velocity here being rate of change of distance with time).

Here we are comparing - 'the rate at which suppliers are growing fish' Vs. 'the rate at which fish grow naturally'.

Also fish is plural (This justifies the use of 'they / their'

Last thing is parallelism between growing and cutting

coz suppliers are performing the action and they are doing this on fish, also the statement is parallel in nature i.e. growing.....cutting......whose feed??
not the suppliers!!! but fish's feed..
