Let me attempt to answer this one..
On first look, "fish" and "are" looked kind of strange. In my mind, I expected to see "fishes" but I think the fish is correct coz plural of fish is fish.

Here C is the answer.
Fish's eyes needs to be compared with mammal's eyes.

here are from test sets . most questions seem to be a fine rendition of the official questions .
I dont think there is grave mistake in the qestions . Lets see ..

just one small advice..
whatever source you are using!!
is sucked up!!

their is wrong....it cannot refer to fish....

eyes are plural so...it should be those of mammals. ( no option available so choose the lesser evil )
