The options can easily be narrowed down to 2 and 3.

1. Incorrect comparison of eyes with mammal
2. Correct
3. That of a mammal should be those of a mammal since "their eyes" is plural
4. That of a mammal should be those of a mammal since "their eyes" is plural
5. This again has an issue with the number.
