by lukacsdepereny » Fri Nov 21, 2008 3:22 pm
1) does Kaplan cd reflect real score?I ask because I need a 550 to apply to Canadian programs
2) Shall I keep on focusing my practice in CATS or return to books?

Kaplan scores do not accurately reflect how you're really doing, no. If you want to get a realistic feel, use the GMATPrep tests and Princeton Review tests. Those are the best ones for approximating your score.

Don't only focus on CATs, though. You need to do untimed practice, and take time between CATs to really analyze and understand the results. Otherwise you won't improve no matter how many tests you take.

Kaplan scores

Thanks a lot for your input.

Ill try a GMAT prep CAT tests to find the difference. I feel Kaplan CATs are way difficult because they are time consuming (kind of subjective scope, but considering my personal level it does!).

Best regards,
