Finding probability with E&A Q's

Hello I downloaded your iphone App GMAT Prep Flashcards and I am confused on a few things which I was hoping you can explain to me.

Flash card 26 can you provide an example of how this works or looks like?

Also on how to find probability of E & A and Probability with E or A I am having a very hard time with that.

For E & A questions do you just mulitiply the probability of E with the probability of B?
