So we just post every answer/essay in the body of the email, correct? Does the picture have to be any specific size?

You are correct--and the pic doesn't have to be a particular size.

Hi I just sent in my application! Thank you for organizing this scholarship.

The weird thing is I did a word count in my word processor and everything came out to be right (and under the limit rule), but I did it on some online site and the numbers kept changing.

I hope they are just wrong.
