Hello I am having a hard time with Quadratics and Algebra, can anyone refer me to a place where I can learn and refresh on the rules and also the different type of GMAT questions referring to the two that are asked.

Kaplan has an excellent Math Refresher course online that is targeted specifically at the math. It should answer you questions beautifully.

Well I recommend you to buy Manhattan GMAT: Equations, Inequalities, and VICs Guide it has helped me a lot. And it's pretty cheap compared to a private tutor or other online courses :)

It also comes with 6 test that simulates the GMAT test.
