The vaule of the expression above is closest to which of the following

a. 0.0001
b. 0.001
c. 0.1
d. 1
e. 10

it took a long time to get the answer is there a faster way of getting the anwser

1+0.0001/0.04+10 = 1.0001/10.04
We need approximate answer so 1/10 = 0.1
