3^3 ~ 5^2

So... 3^11 = 3^3 * 3^3 * 3^3 * 3^2

Substitute 5^2 for 3^3 and you get 5^2 * 5^2 * 5^2 * 3^2 = 5^6 * 3^2

Factor out the 5^6 and you get 5^6 (5^22+3^2) -> The 3^2 is negligible
when compared to 5^22, thus your answer is 5^6 * 5^22 = 5^28 and p = 28.
