I eliminated E coz the structure of the sentence is
The finding of X in Y and in Z suggests one reason certain that...

here the sentence implies that "the finding is suggesting one reason"... its like "John is suggesting his mother" ..Probably, if it was "The finding... suggests that use of pesticides... ", it could have been a probable choice.
IMO "that" is missing
