1) Does Present Participle (-ING form) modify the clause to which it is attached or does it modify the NOUN in the attached clause ?
2) i) Does WHICH always refer to the word immediately preceding the comma ?
ii)Can WHICH refer to the NOUN(not adjacent to COMMA) in the attached clause ?
I would appreciate if you can explain with few examples..!!
