Hi Brian,David,Ron,GmatGuruNY or any other Expert

I am really very annoyed that A is not a feasible answer in the CR in the screenshot
If we negate A , we find that a majority of the people who eligible for unemployment benefits have chosen not to apply for the benefits .So this means that the reduction in unemplyment has not really occurred.Automatically the conclusion that the Recession is going to end is destroyed .
While attempting the CR , i did have a tough time trying to choose between A and E .
I do agree that E is a valid answer but i find it hard to digest that A cant be considered .
This does put a question on my reasoning skills LOL
I Seek Explanations Not Answers
